Anydesk , also known as remote access or remote maintenance, allows the support team to solve support cases directly on the device

This article explains how to install remote maintenance (Anydesk) for remote access. However, if you have already installed Teamviewer on the device, the support team can also work with it.

Install Anydesk on Windows

(1) Click on this link

(2) Open the downloaded file

(3) After installing, open Anydesk and on the screen you'll see "Ihre Adresse" - give this number to our support

(4) Our support will then request access, which you would have to accept with "Annehmen"

Install Anydesk on Mac

Install Anydesk on Android

(1) Click on this button to download

(2) Click on "Installieren"

(3) Click on "open"

(4) click on "ok"

(5) click on "ok"

(6)Install the AnyDesk plugin ad1 by clicking on Install

If the Playstore does not open directly, the app can also be installed via this link:

(7) Go back to the home screen and open the installed Anydesk app

(8) click on "ok"

(9) scroll all the way down under Accessibility and click on AnyDesk Control Service AD1

(10)Click on the knob to activate the service

It should look like this:

(11) Confirm with "ok"

(12) Confirm with "ok"

(12) Confirm the 2 checkboxes and then click on Accept

(13) You can enter Full control in the authorisation profile so that Support can provide direct support. Then click on "Accept"

(14) Click on "Start now"

(15) Give support the 9-digit support number
