This post explains the individual analytics groups in detail.

1.Article

Everything about a supplier article number.

Analysis of hit-and-run articles

Here you can search for individual articles

shows all individual sales data grouped by supplier article number.

2.Movements/Transactions

A movement can be:

Sale = transaction

Input = shipment + values

Store movement = Shipment - values

Stock correction = stock correction +/-

Stocks per store on the key date

shows the stocks on a key date. e.g. 31.12.2020

Movements per month

shows graphically the movements per month

Movements per store on the key date

shows which

Movements per supplier per key date

Movements per article per key date

shows the movements of an article

Movements per day/type

Here you can filter by movement type.

Movement list (storage corrections)

List of stock corrections that have been carried out.

Find data source for single info.

3.Finances/Monthly Closing

Gives an overview of the transactions/sales:

Cash / Terminal / Vouchers sold / Vouchers redeemed / Invoices

Transactions per month (movements)

Totalisation on month

Transactions per day (movements)

Totalisation on day

Transactions per receipt (movements)

Totalisation on receipt

Cash journal details

Withdraw = withdrawals

Depostit = cash stock deposits

Difference =differences

Expense = expenses

This dashboard answers questions about individual vouchers and bookings, e.g. if a receipt was booked incorrectly the previous day.

In the question "Check reciepts incl. cancellations", the deleted receipt and bookings are also displayed (see column "Cancellation").

Dashboard for questions about bookings that have been deleted or bookings that have received a discount.

This data can be used for month-end closing for accounting purposes.

The corresponding transactions are described at the top left of the dashboard.

Important: Turnover is calculated on a daily basis, regardless of whether a shift has been completed.

Hint: Dashboard can be printed with [CTRL-P] "Landscape".

The journal (cash strip) can be exported to Excel.

As a variant, PDFs can be created directly in Admin app/evaluations.

This dashboard is for month-end closings that were closed with shift.

Important : Shifts that have not been closed are not included.

This dashboard shows all cash book bookings. Expenses, deductions, differences, etc.

This dashboard can be used for accounts receivable management. By exporting to Excel, bank receipts can be compared with Excel.

Important : Nothing has to be done in the cash book for bank receipts.

3a-3e Journals

Journals can be checked here and exported to Excel.

4.Customers

Many selections around customers

Sales Journal (By Customer)

Shows all purchases of a customer

Customer list (all)

Inactive and active customers can be displayed here

Customer list (email only)

List for data export to Excel

Here the turnover of the customers can be queried

Here you can select the people who will soon have their birthday.

Month, day and year are available as filters (e.g. for milestone birthdays)

5.Stock/Inventory

Shows the current stocks according to different sortings

Stocks can be displayed here per key date

Control tool of negative stocks of sold items displayed. Here were articles sold that were not in stock.

6.Management

This list can be sorted by various KPIs

7. Sale

List recommended for quick info on mobile.

Overview of sales

today, yesterday, month

Sales comparison day or month to the previous year with key figures

Various turnover analyses by day, month, product groups, suppliers

including export to create a pivot table

Analyses for suppliers

These lists can be used as a basis for personal reports in which the corresponding suppliers are immediately pre-positioned.
