Possible cause: Too little contrast on the QR code
The Honeywell relies on good lighting conditions to ensure that the QR code has sufficient contrast. With red labels or dark lighting conditions, this can sometimes lead to problems.

Solution
The following barcode can be used to activate an additional light in the scanner to increase the contrast. This light is switched off by default, as it does not need the additional contrast in most cases.
The upper code (Lights On) can be used to activate the light and the lower code can be used to switch it off again.
