The following instructions describe how to order and how the Subsidia box works. This applies, for example, when a new store is opened or a Subsidiabox needs to be replaced.
Ordering a Subsidia box

One Subsidia box has to be ordered per network (or per store). If there are several shops, the form must be completed several times.
Procedure and installation of the Subsidiabox
Fill in the order form
Order is confirmed by email
The order is sent by post and then arrives on site depending on the order type and time of order
Install the Subsidiabox with the help of the instructions in the package
Enter the devices (such as POS printers and label printers) in the Admin app
Connect the devices to the corresponding Subsidiabox
(Several devices can also be controlled via one Subsidiabox)
You can then start printing
