Here we briefly explain how the Epson Receipt printers can be reset. 

The reset button on Epson printers is located on the back of the printer. If the printer is used with the cover on the back, this must first be removed.

Use a pen or paper clip to press down the reset button on the back of the device

Switch on the device while pressing the button

The printer will print a "Release status sheet button" receipt

The printer then prints a "Reset to factory settings completed" receipt

1. Use a pen or paper clip to press down the reset button on the back of the device
2. Switch on the device while pressing the button
3. The printer will print a "Release status sheet button" receipt
4. Release the reset button again
5. The printer then prints a "Reset to factory settings completed" receipt
6. The printer is now reset
